VIDEO1 - THE MUSIC WITHIN

"The Music Within" is the latest production from Savitha which debuted the world over in 2010 to raptorous accolades. A unique fusion of dance and theater, the performance follows the journey of a young deaf girl in discovering the omniscience of music. VIDEO2 - PUSHPANJALI - Ragam Valachi, ADI Talam

"Pushpanjali" is a traditional offering of flowers to invoke the dieties before a Bharathanatyam recital.  The verses in this piece are from the Madurashtakam in the praise of Lord Krishna, the flute playing enchanter. "Sweet are your lips, sweeter your radiant face, and quicksilver glances; and sweetest of them all is your smile!" Dance choreography by Savitha Sastry, Music Composed by Ramesh Babu, Vocals by Hariprasad.

VIDEO3 - NINDASTUTHI - RAGAMALIKA, ADI TALAM

This innovative piece has two devotees taking sides in their discussion on the superiority of Lord Shiva, the cosmic dancer or his consort Shakti - the embodiment of feminine energy. Pure dance or Nrtta sequences intersperse the theatrical conversations and highlight the dynamic grace of Bharathanatyam. VIDEO4 - THILLANA- SUManesaranjani, ADI TALAM

VIDEO5 - MARATHI FOLK

Radha, the beautiful maiden of Gokula finds her lover Krishna surrounded by the cowherd girls. She is upset at this and expresses her anger at the Lord.
